Shop Policies

Processing Times

For ready-to-ship listings, it takes between 1 and 3 business days to ship. For made-to-order, the processing times are typically 2-3 weeks, and if it goes beyond that you will get an e-mail with an updated processing time. Any other processing times will be indicated in the specific listing.

Shipping Times

Shipping within the United States takes 4-7 business days (this is after processing time), but often takes much less time.

International orders will typically take between 2 and 3 weeks, but sometimes customs may hold your package. The package will typically be released by customs in 3 weeks.

Shipping Policies

I ship all yarn in plastic self-seal envelopes, then place that in a poly shipping bag. I do this to protect the yarn in cases of bad weather.

I ship all orders via USPS. If your package is under 13 ounces, it will be shipped USPS First Class, and if it is over 13 ounces, it will be shipped USPS Priority.

I ship worldwide.

I combine shipping and refund shipping overages, so if you think shipping is a lot more than it should be, please let me know so I can fix it or refund you!


I take all forms of electronic payment, including Paypal and all major credit cards.


I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Yarn cannot be used and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once I receive the yarn I can issue you a refund.

In the case that your yarn arrives damaged, has frequent knots, or any other similar condition which renders the yarn useless, please contact me and we can figure out what to do from there! I am obviously interested in customer satisfaction, so if there are any issues I will fix them to the best of my ability!

Please take care to follow all care instructions (washing instructions, use a swift and ball winder to prevent tangled skeins, etc.). If there are any issues with your order, please let me know and I’ll fix them to the best of my ability.
